Studio Policies
These policies help keep your appointment running smoothly and protect both your time and mine. Please review before booking.
Lateness Policy
There is a 7-minute grace period for all appointments.
If you arrive later than 7 minutes past your scheduled time, I will finish what I can with the time we have left or your appointment may need to be rescheduled if there isn’t enough time.
Cancellations
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hrs before the beginning of your appointment.
Cancellations & Reschedules Please give 24 hours notice for any changes. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50% of the service booked.
Payment Methods
I accept all major cards and Apple Pay.
I accept cash, but do not keep cash on site so it will need to be exact change.
Guests
For the comfort and privacy of all clients, no guests or children are allowed.
Deposits
If a deposit is required, it is non-refundable and will be applied toward your total at the time of service.
A deposit will also be required after:
Appointments excessively rescheduled with under 24 hours’ notice will require a deposit before rebooking. This helps protect the time that was reserved for you.
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior communication will be marked as a no-show and a deposit will be required to book any future appointments.
Refunds
No refunds are given for services that have already been performed.
If you are unhappy with your service, please contact me within 5 days, and I will work with you to find a solution.
All product sales are final.
Gratuity and support
Please don’t ever feel pressured to leave gratuity. If you’d like to support my business, a kind Google review or referring a friend means the world to me. ♡
